As a passionate product leader, Ray Smith has built businesses, teams, and products that have innovated and driven product-led growth. He is currently the VP of Project Maven, a generative AI project in Microsoft’s Business Applications and Platform Group. He has led products across the supply chain, sustainability, and customer relationship management (CRM) domains. Before joining Microsoft four years ago, Ray was the Head of Product and VP of SAP Sales Cloud. He was CEO and Co-Founder of Datahug, an AI-powered revenue operations solution that was acquired by SAP. He also has more than six years of experience implementing large-scale IT projects with Accenture around the globe.
