Merav manages a global team responsible for delivering and enabling AI, and specifically copilots, as part of Microsoft’s Industry Clouds. She is a member of MS Israel Development Center (ILDC) Leadership Team and the executive sponsor for Diversity and Inclusion at ILDC, with special focus on Women in Tech. Previously, Merav filled various product and engineering leadership roles in Microsoft’s Cloud and AI Division and was ILDC’s CTO. Merav has 25+ years of experience in the software industry and held several VP roles at various leading companies, both in Israel and the Silicon Valley.
